Today we looked at a picture of a monster named Grendel and he is the villain who want to take over our world and we talked about how the monster looked like in the picture that we were given. After we looked at the pictures we decided to draw Grendel on our own and tried to imagine all the features Grendel had when we read about him in Beowulf. When we read a poem about Grendel, we decided to pick our own words and share with the class why we choose that word.
